OEX MSFT and X are short-term severely oversold. OSIP's RSI and Oscillator are both below 30, which is typically bullish. LU is a long-term buy. ATWL changed it's name to Petroleum Communication Holdings and has been acquiring oil fields, which suggests it has money or investors. SQNM is an old penny stock with the potential to rise well above 1. IMGN has pulled-back and is a quality biotech. CBJ is a relatively undervalued gold stock.
