Wed: Top Buys OEX IR X PFE ATWL SQNM OSIP LU PMCS INCY Sells None

The market may be in position for an oversold bounce. So, OEX calls may be a buy on a low open. Also, IR and X should rally with the market. ATWL has the potential to rise well above 1 from 0.21. SQNM management will find ways to keep the stock above 1. OSIP held 25 and may turnaround, or trade higher. LU is a long-term buy. PMCS is a daytrading buy at 7.55. INCY has big upside potential.
