Tue: Top Buys WMT TOM DD OSIP LU DIS PPH Top Sells OIH GOOG

WMT may buy TOM. So, a small position in TOM calls may hedge WMT calls, although WMT is beaten down, and both may rise. DD may not stay below 40 for long. OSIP has become volatile, and Oct or Nov 30 calls may be buys on dips. LU has the potential to double on contract awards. DIS is oversold. PPH is a long-term buy. OIH may top soon. GOOG puts may be a buy near 320.
