Tue: Top Buys GE DD WMT PFE AMCC JBLU Top Sells TLT GOOG

GE created a bullish engulfing today. DD created a bullish doji after a long and steep sell-off. WMT is still beaten down, and has the potential to rise one to three points short-term. PFE also created a bullish engulfing. AMCC and JBLU are relatively undervalued. TLT had a big run-up and may pullback about one point short-term. GOOG is a long-term short.
