Mon: Top Buys EBAY PMCS AMCC OSIP IMCL JBLU PPH Top Sells VLO AHC

EBAY PMCS AMCC OSIP and IMCL all pulled-back enough to be short-term buys. JBLU is one of the highest quality airlines that may be both a short-term a long-term buy (particularly, if oil prices pullback). PPH is a long-term buy. VLO (oil) closed at about 94 and may trade between 90 and 95 after a big run-up. AHC is a longer-term oil short.
