Thu: Top Buys PPH X AMGN RMBS HAL Top Sells TLT AHC GOOG

PPH X and AMGN are fundamentally undervalued long-term buys. RMBS has the potential to bounce on a court ruling. HAL is a relatively undervalued oil stock and AHC is a relatively overvalued oil stock. TLT and GOOG are long-term shorts.
