Tue: Top Buys DIA X TONS NUE PPH AMGN Top Sells OXY AHC OIH GOOG

DIA and steel stocks, e.g. X TONS and NUE may be buys on dips (TONS reports earnings Wed). PPH pulled-back to a recent low, and it's a long-term buy. AMGN may rally big later this year. Oil stocks, e.g. OXY AHC and OIH should pullback, if oil prices fall. GOOG is a long-term short.
