Mon: Top Buys CDE PD PPH SQNM LJPC Top Sells OEX QQQQ TLT

CDE and PPH are long-term buys. PD may be a buy at 80. SQNM and LJPC are small cap biotechs that can rally huge. Both the stock and bond markets are short-term overbought. So, OEX QQQQ and TLT puts may be buys.
