May 13th Stock Portfolio (fourth update):

I bought 10,000 shares of HL at $42,500 [4.25], sold 10,000 shares of AMCC at $25,800 [2.58], bought 30,000 shares of CBJ at $51,000 [1.70], and bought 10,000 shares of HL at $40,800 [4.08].

My portfolio is over $605,000 including over $350,000 in cash.

Long Shares

CBJ 70,000
HL 20,000
XOMA 10,000
SQNM 20,000
LJPC 10,000
EMRG 30,000

Short Shares

None

Portfolio at $500,000 on Oct 15th, 2003
