Fri: Top Buys XOMA SQNM IP AMCC AMGN Top Sells TLT

Both XOMA and SQNM have huge upside potentials, although of course there are risks. IP is near the lower range of its trading range. AMCC may bounce to over 3. AMGN is a long-term buy on a pullback. TLT long-term puts may be buys.
