Thu: Top Buys XOMA SQNM AMCC AMGN Top Sells OEX TLT

XOMA and SQNM may bounce big anyday. AMCC always rallies when below 3. AMGN is a long-term buy on a pullback. If the market opens high, OEX puts may be a buy, for a quick trade. TLT should eventually fall several points.
