Tue: Top Buys PPH IP HMY PMU XOMA SQNM Top Sells OEX OIH TLT GOOG

PPH and IP are long-term buys (although, IP is technically weak and fundamentally stronger). HMY and PMU are relatively undervalued gold stocks. XOMA and SQNM have big upside potentials. SPX may not hold 1,163 tomorrow. So, OEX puts may be buys. OIH may fall below 90 within the next few weeks. TLT is too high, reflecting low bond yields. If the market retests the low, GOOG may fall over 20 points (also, GOOG is entering a seasonally weak period).
