Tue: Top Buys AMGN KO SMH INTC CBJ HL XOMA SQNM Top Sells OEX OIH UTH

AMGN and KO are long-term buys. OEX puts may hedge SMH and INTC. CBJ and HL may bounce short-term. Many small caps remain beaten down. However, XOMA and SQNM have the potential to rally big. OIH and UTH are long-term shorts.
