Thu: Top Buys SPX OEX KO PMCS SQNM EMRG VICR Top Sells None

SPX and OEX are currently severely oversold. KO is a long-term hold. PMCS has been an excellent trading stock recently and may trade between 8.85 and 9.15 short-term. SQNM has the potential to triple. EMRG and VICR are in positions to bounce after steep sell-offs.
