Thu: Top Buys SPX OEX IP KO PPH INTC SQNM XOMA EMRG Top Sells None

I believe, SPX and OEX will bounce big before the weekend. IP pulled-back over one point today and has been relatively strong recently. KO PPH and INTC also pulled-back and are long-term holds. SQNM XOMA and EMRG have the potential to bounce big (also see recent Top Stock Picks).
