Tue: Top Buys SQNM XOMA IMGN ALAN CEGE DROOY Top Sells OIH

SQNM XOMA and IMGN still seem to be the best small cap biotechs to buy. ALAN is near long-term support and may bounce. CEGE (stem cells) may be an excellent long-term hold. DROOY may be in a trading range (e.g. $0.80 to $1.10). OIH puts may be buys on OIH bounces.
