Tue: Top Buys SQNM RMBS IMGN PCLN NANX GG PPH Top Sells OIH

SQNM still has the potential to rally huge. RMBS can rally big and it's volatile. IMGN rallied off it's low today. PCLN is a relatively undervalued internet stock. NANX may be an excellent longer-term hold. GG may be an excellent long-term gold stock. PPH may rally later this year. OIH may fall just before and after the OPEC meeting Mar 16th.
