Thu: Top Buys QQQQ BBH PCLN SQNM RMBS TASR Top Sells OEX OIH

QQQQ is not far from the 2005 low. So, QQQQ is relatively undervalued compared to OEX. BBH is currently at the lower trading range. PCLN is volatile and undervalued. SQNM has pulled-back and has excellent upside potential. RMBS may bounce big on a court ruling. TASR is risky, but can also bounce on a court ruling or with Nasdaq. OIH may continue to rise, because of the weaker dollar, but it's short-term overbought.
