Thu: Top Buys INCY FMDAY DROOY CEGE PPH Top Sells TLT OIH

The trading ranges may be excellent for short-term trades (see Thu Trading Plan). However, longer-term, INCY FMDAY DROOY CEGE and PPH may be excellent holds. TLT may be too high reflecting low interest rates. OIH is volatile and rallied strongly today, on higher oil prices.
