Tue: Top Buys AMGN BMY PPH INCY CTRX Top Sells None

AMGN may trade between roughly 63 and 65 and may be a better trade than SMH. BMY may be an excellent long-term hold, and may bounce short-term. PPH has pulled-back and may be better than any individual drug stock. INCY and CTRX have the potential to bounce big.
