Dec 22nd Stock Portfolio (second update):

I sold 1,000 shares of BMY at $25,400 [25.40], and sold 1,000 shares of BMY at $25,530 [25.53].

My portfolio is about $545,000 including $400,000 in cash.

Long Shares

IMGN 4,000
FMDAY 10,000
DROOY 10,000

Short Shares

TLT 1,000

Portfolio at $500,000 on Oct 15th, 2003
