Wed: Top Buys SMH BBH AMGN CEGE XOMA DROOY Top Sells OIH TLT

If the market continues to rally later this year, SMH should also rally. BBH and AMGN also have the potential to rally big. CEGE and XOMA are two undervalued biotechs (CEGE pulled-back recently). DROOY is undervalued, because of foreign exchange rate problems. OIH and TLT puts are bullish bets on the stock market.
