Tue: Top Buys SMH DROOY XOMA Top Sells SPX OEX QQQ OIH TLT

SMH is relatively undervalued compared to QQQ. DROOY is an undervalued gold stock. XOMA has the potential to rally huge. SPX or OEX puts may be buys if the market opens high. OIH may be near the top of a trading range. TLT may fall, since bond yields are low.
