Tue: Top Buys: OIH FCEL CEGE Top Sells SPX OEX QQQ GOOG

An oil ETF (i.e. OIH, see new chart in Top Stock Picks) suggests the stock market may consolidate short-term. Perhaps, SPX will test 1,162 this week. GOOG's first lockout period expires tomorrow. So, GOOG may be very volatile.
