SPX closed above 1,270 Fri. The SPX trading range may be narrow Mon and Wed (Tue is a holiday). Major support are 1,262 1/2 (200-day MA) and 1258 (consolidation high). Major resistance is 1,275 (previous support & resistance and 50-day MA) and around 1,280 (a late May top).

Trade 1: Sell short 1,000 shares of SPY above 127.25. Buy to cover below 126.75. Stop loss 129.00.

Trade 2: Sell short 1,000 shares of IWM above 71.75. Sell short another 1,000 shares above 72.75. Buy to cover below 71.00. Stop loss 74.00.

Trade 3: Buy 1,000 shares of KBH at 45.00. Buy another 1,000 shares at 44.50. Sell above 46. Stop loss 44.00 (which is below 10-day low). Higher target price 48 to 53.

Sell short SPY and IWM on market bounces and buy to cover on dips. Also, KBH should be volatile next week.
