Wed: Top Buys SMH CEGE IMGN SMXMF Top Sells TLT GOOG

SMH capitulated recently and may be in position to rally later this year. CEGE and IMGN are two smaller biotechs with huge upside potential. TLT is a bond fund. If GOOG bounces to about 190, puts may be a buy. SMXMF may be a gold stock bargain.
