If market interest rates rise (from current low levels) or oil falls, then DIA should rise. FCX and PD are mostly copper stocks that fell sharply recently. AMCC may be a cheap way to play the semis. CEGE AMGN IMGN and XOMA are beaten down biotechs. QQQ can be used to hedge.
