Tue: Top Buys PPH PFE GM CSCO AMCC ATWL Top Sells GOOG TLT

PPH and PFE are long-term pharma buys. GM is a buy below 23. CSCO held up well. AMCC always rises above 3. ATWL has huge upside potential. GOOG puts are a buy in the high 420s for a short-term trade (perhaps with a stop at 432). TLT may fall into a trading range, and may currently be near a top.
