Mon: Top Buys OSIP LU PPH PFE MRK Top Sells SPX OIH PD TXU

OSIP has big upside potential, and the Nov 30 calls are 1.85. LU has the potential to more than double on contract awards, although it may pullback short-term. PPH PFE and MRK are long-term pharma buys, although they may pullback a little. SPX may be near a short-term top. OIH is high and volatile. PD is severely overbought. TXU is the most overbought utility.
