Thu: Top Buys WMT PPH DD LU OSIP Top Sells OIH HAL

WMT seems to be in an uptrend with short-term resistance at 44 to 44 1/2. PPH is a long-term buy. DD is severely beaten down. LU and OSIP have big upside potentials. OIH and HAL are overbought.
