Tue: Top Buys WMT PPH DELL OSIP IMCL KKD Top Sells TXU OIH

Volume on WMT has been heavy, which is bullish. PPH is safer than PFE. DELL pulled-back enough to be a short-term buy. OSIP and IMCL pulled-back on below average volume after steep sell-offs. KKD has little risk. TXU is an overbought utility stock. OIH may continue to be volatile.
