Fri: Top Buys OSIP WMT PFE PPH DD DELL MSFT Top Sells OIH

OSIP has the potential to rise sharply on FDA approval for a new use of its cancer drug. WMT PFE PPH DD DELL and MSFT all have the potential to outperform the market short-term. OIH may close the week around 120 (possible Sep Max Pain point), and may continue the recent volatile range.
