Thu: Top Buys OEX DELL LUV WMT CBJ KKD PPH INTC Top Sells OIH AHC NE

OEX Sep calls may be a buy on a low open. DELL LUV and WMT are long-term buys. CBJ is undervalued. KKD is beaten down enough for a short-term trade. PPH is a safe long-term buy. INTC may bounce next week. Oil stocks may continue to be volatile. So, OIH AHC and NE are shorts when they bounce.
