Tue: Top Buys OSIP DELL PMU Top Sells SPX GOOG

OSIP fell on FDA questions about new uses for its cancer drug. DELL is a long-term buy. PMU may bounce short-term. SPX and GOOG Sep puts may be worth the risks if those stocks bounce.
