Thu: Top Buys DD PMU Top Sells SPX IWM OIH NE VLO TXU EXC GOOG

DD and PMU are long-term buys. SPX puts are a buy, if SPX rises into the 1,240s. IWM Oct puts are a buy above 67 1/2. Puts are buys on OIH over 120, NE at 71, and VLO about 113, since oil stocks are volatile. TXU and EXC are overextended utility stocks. GOOG may fall into the 280s before Sep options expiration.
