Thu: Top Buys NEM PMU WMT DD MMM Top Sells SPX VLO OIH NE TLT GOOG

If oil stays high, NEM and PMU (gold) should rally. WMT DD and MMM are long-term buys. SPX may pullback several points. The Parabolic SAR buy signal is just over 1,201. VLO is over six points above its upper Bollinger Band at about 100. OIH and NE may pullback after big run-ups. TLT and GOOG are long-term shorts.
