DD closed at 40, and created a bullish harami today. It's daily RSI is 29.2, and ULT (Oscillator) is 18.6, which is very low. Volume suggests little downside. High oil prices kept DD depressed. I expect a one point bounce, to 41, with little risk, and it may rise higher.
