Mon: Top Buys OEX JBLU PPH MRK AMCC EBAY CBJ Top Sells NE GOOG TLT

OEX may bounce three points Mon or Tue. JBLU is a long-term buy. PPH and MRK are beaten down enough to be buys on further pullbacks. AMCC major support is at 2.60. EBAY may hedge GOOG. CBJ is a long-term buy below 1.90. NE is a relatively overvalued oil stock, and the Sep 70 puts are a bargain. If TLT continues to rise, puts may be a buy.
