Thu: Top Buys PPH PFE MRK MSFT IBM Top Sells: SPX DNA GOOG PD

Drug stocks, e.g. PPH PFE and MRK, are long-term buys. MSFT has underperformed, after the $3 a share special dividend. However, MSFT has bought back shares, raised its quarterly dividend, and may beat earnings by at least a penny. IBM has the potential to rally another 10 points, perhaps later this year. Financials continue to underperform. So, SPX puts may be buys. DNA at 89 1/2 has been resistance. GOOG reports earnings after the close tomorrow. PD is near resistance at 108.
