Wed: Top Buys PPH PFE MRK IBM Top Sells OIH DNA GOOG

PPH PFE MRK and IBM are long-term buys. OIH rallied sharply and may continue to be volatile. DNA is also volatile. GOOG may be in a downtrend this week.
