Tue: Top Buys PPH Top Sells IWM SPX GOOG OIH OXY

PPH is relatively undervalued and may rise over seven points to above 80 this year. IWM closed at 66 3/4 and Jul Max Pain is 64. SPX had a significant consolidation after a steep three day rise. GOOG looks weak and may fall into the 280s tomorrow. OIH and OXY may become more volatile before the oil inventory report Wed.
