Tue: Top Buys IP X PPH AMGN RMBS Top Sells AHC OXY GOOG IWM

IP X PPH AMGN and RMBS are long-term buys, and may become more volatile short-term, for trading opportunities. AHC and OXY are currently at high prices, with the high price of oil, and are also volatile for short-term trades. GOOG has the potential to fall sharply. If the market is in a downtrend, then IWM (small cap ETF) may fall greater than the major indices.
