Mon: Top Buys AMGN DIA X PPH RMBS Top Sells OIH NE TLT GOOG

AMGN should be bought on dips, since it's fundamentally undervalued. DIA may bounce short-term. X will bounce on lower oil prices. PPH and RMBS are long-term buys. OIH and NE puts may be buys on bounces, or a high open Mon, since volatility may pick-up. TLT may pullback several points around the FOMC announcement Thu. GOOG has the potential to fall over 50 points this summer.
