Thu: Top Buys AMGN RMBS Top Sells SPX OIH GOOG TLT

AMGN and RMBS are long-term buys. SPX puts may be a buy at Nasdaq 2,100. Oil has the potential to fall several dollars a barrel. So, OIH puts may be a buy. GOOG created another bearish doji today. TLT may become more volatile, and may be near the top of a short-term range.
