Tue: Top Buys BMY SQNM Top Sells QQQQ TLT GOOG DNA OIH

BMY is a long term buy. SQNM has the potential to bounce big. QQQQ is relatively overbought. TLT is overvalued. GOOG may fall below 250 next week (see Top Stock Picks chart). DNA is overextended and may pullback several points next week. OIH may resume the downtrend.
