Top Buys: X SIL BMY SQNM AL Top Sells: QQQQ TLT BBH DNA

X may bounce over two points short-term. SIL is a relatively undervalued silver stock. BMY is a long-term buy. SQNM and AL are beaten down long-term buys, although short-term technically weak, and may fall lower. QQQQ is technically overbought. TLT is fundamentally overvalued. Many biotechs had big runups and may pullback short-term. So, BBH and DNA puts may be buys.
