Tue: Top Buys HL CBJ KGC Top Sells OEX QQQQ TLT

HL CBJ and KGC are relatively undervalued metal stocks. OEX puts may be a buy at SPX 1,200. QQQQ is more overbought than SPX. TLT may pullback sharply soon.
