Wed: Top Buys HL HMY BGO Top Sells SPX OEX QQQQ TLT

I find very few stocks to buy. Consequently, it may be best to wait for a market overreaction to upside or downside. HL HMY and BGO are relatively undervalued metal stocks. Both the stock and bond markets may pullback short-term. So, SPX OEX QQQQ and TLT may be sells.
