Tue: Top Buys PD SWC HL CDE LJPC SQNM Top Sells QQQQ TLT

PD may be a buy below 79. SWC HL and CDE are beaten down gold and silver stocks. LJPC and SQNM are biotechs that may bounce short-term. QQQQ and TLT are relatively overvalued compared to other stocks.
