Wed: Top Buys AMAT RMBS EBAY AIG X PPH XOMA EMRG AMCC Top Sells TLT

AMAT may continue to rise this week. RMBS has big upside potential. Both EBAY and AIG may bounce over one point later this week. X is a relatively undervalued steel stock. PPH is a long-term buy. XOMA may rise higher short-term. EMRG may bounce into earnings and perhaps bounce again on earnings. AMCC is fundamentally undervalued, although technically weak. TLT should eventually fall below 88.
